While using DineBux, we may ask you to provide:

- Physical Delivery Address
Location Data
We use the flutter_map package to facilitate address selection. We access your Precise Location only while the app is in use and only if you explicitly grant permission. We do not track or collect your location in the background.
2. How We Use Your Data
The information we collect is used for the following functional purposes:
- To process, manage, and deliver your restaurant orders.
- To facilitate our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment service.
- To allow Guest Login access for a seamless user experience.
- To provide customer support and send order status notifications.
- To connect your application to our web portal via our secure API.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on our private, secure VPS servers. We utilize industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to ensure that your data is protected during transit and while stored in our database. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
- flutter_map: We use this service for map rendering and location pinning.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and maintain your account history.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.
Account & Data Deletion

Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
