Welcome to DineBux. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DineBux's Mobile Application, owned and operated by Wattoo Tech Private Limited.
By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DineBux if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Services Provided
DineBux is a restaurant application that allows users to browse food menus, place orders, and manage their profile. The app connects to our web portal via a secure API using a unique Application ID.
2. User Accounts
Registration
To place an order, users may need to provide details such as name, phone number, and delivery address.
Guest Login
We provide a Guest Login option for your convenience; however, certain features may require a full account.
Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate information. Wattoo Tech Private Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect user input.
3. Order Placement & Delivery
Location
We use your pinned location (via flutter_map) to ensure accurate delivery.
Cancellations
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price, or geographic limitations.
4. Payments (Cash on Delivery)
Currently, DineBux only supports Cash on Delivery (COD).
- You agree to pay the full amount mentioned in the app at the time of delivery.
- Refusal to pay for an order upon delivery may lead to the suspension of your account.
5. Data Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and location information on our secure Contabo VPS.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Wattoo Tech Private Limited owns the intellectual property rights for all material on DineBux. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wattoo Tech Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this application.
8. Account Deletion
We respect your right to leave. Users can delete their accounts via the app settings. Once deleted, your personal records will be removed from our database.
